EUDR Compliance for Coffee

Coffee traceability, without the bureaucracy.

We know you buy coffee because you care about the impact, the quality, and the story behind every single bean.

However, the new European regulation doesn’t care about romanticism: it demands cold data, exact coordinates, and paperwork proving the non-deforestation of plots located thousands of miles away from your roastery.

The problem is that large trading companies burden you with suffocating bureaucracy or, quite simply, don’t know how to give you the answers the EU is demanding from you right now.

The problem

Since 2023, the EU has required roasters to prove the exact origin of every coffee lot.

EUDR compliance for coffee involves plot geolocation, harvest dates, chain of custody, and proof of non-deforestation…

Data that most suppliers cannot deliver to you today without weeks of back-and-forth emails.

How We Solve It

We work directly with cooperatives and collectives that document every lot at the source: plot coordinates, price paid, producer’s name, and harvest date.

You receive that traceability sheet ready for your compliance documentation, without having to chase down an unresponsive exporter.

What We Do NOT Do (Yet)

In this initial phase, we do not handle physical logistics.

We do not manage international payments.

What we do solve is the layer that is most missing today:

Verifiable data from origin, before the coffee even reaches your warehouse.
